We know that the cast iron structures were brought by British to India around 19th Century. However in this blog you have mentioned that “In the mid-18th century, the rich Armenian trader Manvel Hazaar Maliyan had shipped in an elaborate cast iron facade for the Armenian Ghat”. Can you please share the source of this information and from where was the structure imported.
